User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you create or import into Flashcode and are responsible for having permission to use it. Use the application lawfully and do not misuse its Google integration.

Availability, Backups, and Data Restoration

Flashcode is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free backups, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Keep independent copies of important data. Restoring a backup replaces the active local database with the selected snapshot.

Third-Party Services and Legal Rights

Google sign-in and Drive storage depend on Google’s services, terms, and account restrictions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
